These AI Service Terms (“AI Terms”) are part of the BabySea Terms of Use (“Agreement”) and apply to your access and use of any BabySea features. Terms used here have the same meaning as in the Agreement. For clarity, “Customer Data” also refers to “User Content”.

1. Definition of BabySea

“BabySea” refers to any feature or functionality provided by BabySea, Inc. that utilizes machine learning models and is identified as such in documentation or on our website.

2. Fair usage

Your use of BabySea is subject to fair usage limits to ensure system integrity and equitable access.

3. Data usage and model training​

BabySea does not use your Customer Data to train its machine learning models. Your use of BabySea does not grant BabySea any rights to use your data for model training. We may use data collected from your use of BabySea to improve our models only when:
  • You voluntarily provide feedback (e.g., thumbs up/down on output).
  • You explicitly grant permission.

4. Input and output

You may provide input (“Input”) to BabySea and receive output (“Output”) generated by our models. Input and Output are considered your Customer Data. You are solely responsible for:
  • The content and legality of your Input and Output.
  • Ensuring your use of BabySea does not violate laws, these AI Terms, or third-party rights.
  • Due to the nature of machine learning, Output may not be unique and may resemble content generated for other users.

5. Usage restrictions

You may not use BabySea or its Output:
  • To mislead others into believing the Output was solely human-generated.
  • To generate spam or content for electoral campaigns.
  • In violation of technical documentation, usage guidelines, or parameters.
  • Additional prohibited uses are outlined in our AI Principles.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

BabySea provides AI-generated content as-is. We do not guarantee:
  • Accuracy or reliability of Output.
  • That Output reflects current events or facts post-training.
You should independently verify any factual assertions before relying on them.

7. Service level terms

Downtime caused by third-party services is excluded from BabySea’s availability and uptime calculations.

8. Feature updates

BabySea may introduce new features over time. These features will be governed by the AI Terms and may result in updates to this document.

9. Third-party provider compliance​

Use of BabySea must comply with our Terms of Use and AI Providers Policy.
